- Added Militia Common to some campaigns like Swamp Fever, Hard Rain, and other minor populations.
- For a higher Militia Common spawn chance, and other small changes, on the Plantation (Swamp Fever), I recommend using Plantation Unique Population (https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2401551608)
