Made some light components on the command screen non-interactable. Fixed several alignment issues with lights on the command screen.

Moved label for emergency lighting toggle and increased light range on lever to make it more noticeable.
Added a light to the Master junction box to make it more noticeable
Added some AI waypoints to the lower engine nacelle to hopefully prevent AI from getting stuck down there.
Moved the 2x Calyxanide from normal medical cabinet to the locked toxin cabinet
Removed auto-close circuit from ballast doors. They are now fully manual. Can still be closed remotely from the command room.
Added a ladder and hatch from the mess hall to the inside of the Retribution cannon. Should make monsters getting into the barrel a little less of a non-issue.
Marked several outer walls as no-AI-target to prevent the AI from attacking into dead hull.
Added a lock to the reactor door because it's cool. Activate from inside the reactor room.
Added 1x shotgun and 1x smg to lthe ship's inventory, in the Armory secure cabinets. Included 1 mag/stack of ammo for each
Increased initial medical cabinet bandage count from 6 -> 8 and added 2 elastin
Increased oxygen generator output to 1050 and added a hidden vent to the brig to hopefully stop people from suffocating in there.
Made buttons and doors to outside slightly blue
Unhid several power wires attached to the observation and engine boxes
Made reactor heartbeat lights 0.01 scale and removed the fin patch
Reduced light range of Kaskara-L guide sign lights
Move Crew Quarter A open light down 2 pixels to actualy match the closed light

Fixed airlock indicator lights from being inverted
QOL change to EVA Readiness monitor: Airlock displays will display no text when no readiness state is set.

Moved battery charger sign upward to avoid clipping
Flood alarm lights were mistakenly set to draw behind sub. Unchecked box.
Added label to ceiling cabinets in Fabrication and Cargo
Fixed platform sprite depth being above the cable holders in the crew quarters
Changed orange wire in misc box in junction room to red
Fixed Z-fighting wires in life support room
Pump in upper nacelle was not set to pump out. Fixed
Medical deconstructor given a power connection
Lower nacelle guide lights changed to 1 range instead of 3
Make Poster light brighter
Fixed untidy wires behind status monitor
Made life support room label yellow on the command screen

Hid wire in upper airlock
Hid wire attached to scouting sonar
Added cable holders to life support room
Added cable holder to fabricator
Added cable holder to light above medical

Various sprite depth fixes (mostly in the medbay and maintenance)
Removed pulsing effect around the guide light signs. This is both more performant and I think it looks nicer to have them constantly lit, sorry.
Optimized BATTLESHORT alarm circuit
Optimized Grid Volatility circuit
Overall, removed about 140 items from the Kaskara and 90 items from the Kaskara-L. May result in a very very slight increase in FPS.

Made some weird shells at the rear of the ship untargetable to AI.
Added a fire extinguisher to the reactor room. It's not in a great spot though ;)

Made the Battleshort internal discharge coils fire slightly more frequently (frequency increased from 0.5->0.6, 0.4->0.5, 0.3->0.4, and 0.2->0.3 depending on which coil group they're in).

Base reactor output increased from 9300 -> 10300 to heighten Battleshort fire risk.
