-fixed dialogue
-you can no longer get shek warriors without relation higher than 90

-Fixed the thief recruits from not moving when delivery triggers

-added a ninja recruiter to the shinobi towers

-Made the ninja recruits from the shinobi thieves have some stealth skills

-You can now ask the shinobi thieves for ninjas.

-Fixed some dialogues

-You can now ask the hounds, anti-slavers, and the flotsam ninjas!

-the recruiter should now arrive with 1 squad instead of 2

-Fixed and added some more dialogue

-Lowered the numer of forces that arrives at your base (I did this because there would be 2 squads that arrive instead of one.)
