Improved Balance:
-Palace Defense promotion no longer persists on upgrade
-When mercenary units are upgraded to non-mercenary units, they gain a negative promotion ("Foreign Fighters") that causes them to ignore benefits from your great generals and earn XP at half the rate of normal units
