Fixed smoke effect for all excavators and weird movement for 88b.

Due to multiple reports from community, we had to drastically change weight of all excavators so they will be priced properly, like vanilla ones. We do realise that this is inaccurate, but unfortunately we dont have any other way to balance the actual price of them.
