[Patch Notes]

Yugoslavian focus tree:

-Added new focuses for both the communist and monarchist branches.
-Removed the pitiful Soviet-aligned communist branch.

Ideas:
-Tweaked the effects and requirements of some Yugoslavian ideas and advisors.

Spanish focus tree:

-Buffed some focuses of the Francoist and Carlist branches.
-Added new focuses to the Carlist branch.
-Now Carlist Spain will be able to get an idea that provides equipment capture gain and attrition reduction, so it's easier to survive as them.

Ideas:

-Now Carlist Spain also has access to an infantry genius advisor.

Decisions:

-The cost of the Spanish decisions to core your states after the Civil War has been greatly reduced (Now requires 1000 infantry weapons instead of 2000, 10 political power instead of 40 and 0 army experience instead of 10).
-Now if Portugal refuses to form Iberia when going through the Carlist branch, you will be able to core Portugal after reaching 50% compliance in Porto and Lisboa.

Bugs:

-Fixed some loalisation errors.

Austrian focus tree:

-Expanded the Austrian industrial tree.

Ideas:

-Added new advisors to Austria.

Others:

-Now Austria will always crown Otto von Habsburg when restoring the empire.
-Now Hungary will crown Franz Joseph II instead of Otto von Habsburg when inviting a Habsburg prince (he will become leader of Austria-Hungary once it's reunited.)

Bugs:

-Fixed an error left by Paradox that impeded the player of taking the "Chinese Resource Extraction" if China was puppeted.
-Fixed an error left by Paradox in the Greek focus tree.

Austrian focus tree:

-Added 3 fascist branches.
-Added a communist branch.
-Added a democratic branch.
-Added a monerchist branch (the same branch as the Habsburg Hungarian one).
-Added an indsutrial branch.
-Added two army branches.
-Added two airforce branches.
-Added a naval branch

Hungarian focus tree:

-Buffed the army and airforce branch by removing mutual exclusivities and improving the rewards of some focuses.
-Buffed the effect of some focuses of the industrial and democratic branches.

Spanish focus tree:

-Now Spain can also choose Karl Pius as king of the nation.

Ideas:

-Buffed some Hungarian ideas.
-Buffed some Japanese ideas.
-Now the "Agrarian Society" starting idea for Greece provides way tinier debuffs.

Others:

-Now Germany starts with more fascist support.
