Some gameplay improvements:
- More vehicles available at the start of the game
- Higher chance to get rewards to unlock countries

(Almost) All base industries (farms, mines, and so on) are now available from the moment you finish the construction of the exposition. Factories (watch factory, and so on) are still unlockable. This update should improve the gameplay.

Potash production increased

- French flag inverted
- Production of the Glass factory was raised
- From now on, vehicles that become available in 1900 are also unlockable.

Now with French translations :)

Some bugfixes.

- Le Havre Port industry parameters changed. The industry now only has 1 production level and the production was raised to 1000.
- It is now possible to add translations.
