Removed the blastcore dependancy. The mission is now fixed.

Added some anti-cheating mechanics, including stopping players from adjusting skills and other attributes.
Disabled deleting of vehicles, which broke scripts. Instead, end them.

Added in support options for the commander.
Added in base protections that will stop any damage within the zone.
