Accel card has now been completely changed

Small update to fix idle face position

Icon changed to be less low quality

Names on cards as well as hyper changed. A temporary image added for accel until a proper one made

Basic hats have been added. There are still a few I need to take care of that might take longer including;
-Reindeer and Leo Kigurumis
-Halloween Costumes 2017
-RPG Costumes
