v1.02 - Minor Tweaks

-Adjusted AI/MP setups according to the adjusted performance parts in 1.01, and changed some of the visual parts on a few setups.
-Added 1 new B Class setup
-Fixed "Red Ribbon Racer" livery not using one of it's damage textures
