Fixed issue with AT-ST not being able to move due to LFS Ground Base update

Setup animation playspeed to adjust based of of speed of vehicle.

Added:
-Ability to walk backwards with animation
-Ability to turn the head 35 degrees to either side.
-AOE damage effect to primary fire

Changed:
-Health increased to 20000 by default
-Primary fire does 200 dmg by default on direct hits falling off as you get farther from impact.
-Slowed the walker by 15%
-Slowed Acceleration by 15%
-Lowered volume of explosion sound for grenades.

Took out a print I accidentally left in to see when certain code was being executed to stop your games from being spammed with coordinates and angles.

Lots of functionality added here:

ADDED

- Grenade Launcher secondary attack, spinning grenades launch from the right hand side gun on the AT-ST
- Sounds for grenade launcher.
- Missile Launcher tertiary attack, LFS Missiles are fired from left hand side gun on the AT-ST and automatically reload after a period of time you can determine in shared.lua
- Ability for all 3 AT-ST guns to pitch up and down by 30 degrees in either direction.
- Cleaned up the timers to not error out if vehicle was destroyed or removed mid firing.

- Modified the walk speed to be faster than that of the average run speed of players on servers.
- Adjusted the walk animation playtime to be tied to speed more and not to specific values causes issues when speeds were adjusted
- Created and implement a sound that occurs while walking.
- Adjusted the firing style to be more like the distinct AT-ST style.
