Stamina has been rebalanced to allow longer breath and more jumping/vaulting, Sprinting takes much less stamina and in general it regenerates much more quickly but sprinting also carries a steeper metabolic cost.

The environment is very cold, about 30c below average temperature for this map, dress accordingly.

Flight helmets now provide ear plugs.

Many items can be stacked or combined into greater portions.

Saline will heal you significantly and Codeine will heal you slightly over time.
