PPL Battleground: Adjusted settings for optimized timer.
2vi2 (CPL): Configuration added for 2vi2 Season 3 (Starting Nov 1st).

Translation Updates:
German (de_De): Added full support for German translations.
General Corrections: Revised all current translation files to ensure placeholders are accurately replaced with appropriate tags.

ModCheck Update:
BBM Compatibility: ModCheck now fully supports BBM for improved mod integration and functionality.
