Fixed the Herald of Xotli feat icon not correctly indicating if it was learned by always showing green.
Now it should show the proper colors depending on if it can be learned, can not be learned or is learned.

Made the Xotli religion learnable for 50 feat points in order to be more compatable with other maps.
Added Musashi's Black Blade as another recipe that can be made in the Altar of Xotli.
Added enhanced Sutekh bow recipes to the Enchanting table.
Added Star Metal War-Axe and Dual Star Metal War-Axes to the vanilla Star Metal War Axe feat.
