Fixed a minor typo in one of the promotion xmls that may cause problems for only some people (mysteriously)

Substantial under-the-hood lua changes that improve the efficiency of games that have the Misaka mod loaded but do not actually have the civ in the game.

Gifting Sisters and gatling guns back and forth between Misaka and other races should work more properly.

Fixed an issue where gatling guns gifted to Misaka and Sister Level 2's gifted to other civs cost WAY too much to upgrade.

Note: This fix creates a duplicate entry for both units in the civilopedia in the Ancient Era. I may fix this some day, but this is very minor.

No I haven't managed to get the Misaka unit model to work. It looks glitchy and no one understands why. ;_;

Reduced Misaka's capital science percent bonus to 20% (from 33%). However, Academies now give an additional +2 food, +1 production, +5 science. There is no compelling balance reason to do this, but it occurred to me:

Academy.

Academy City.

It had to be done.

Fixed glitch where non-Misaka civs would occasionally receive the ability to build Sister 3 and Sister 4 units.

Note: The units may still occasionally appear on the tech tree for non-Misaka civs, but are now unbuildable in my testing.

Gave Misaka's capital an addition +1 production per 4 population. This is only a minor buff, but seems to help the AI Misaka.

Added a soundtrack.

I am sorry I have been unable to make significant updates to the mod. Got hit by significant amounts of work. ;_;. However, the recent change notes is:

New SQL script that should substantially reduce the incidence of non-Railgun Civs being able to make Railgun units.

Balance Changes: Misaka Mikoto has substantially reduced melee combat strength. Sister 3 and 4 are now no longer any stronger than the base units, though they do have superior range and promotions. Sister 2 is still somewhat stronger than the gatling gun, to reflect the technology position of Electricity relative to Industrialization.

Corrected a bug which made Misaka unable to capture cities.

Nothing. But apparently I have to reupload to change the covert art.

Initial Upload:

Known Issues (unlikely to ever be addressed):

Minor and difficult/impossible to fix: gatling guns gifted to Railgun civ and Sister Lvl 2 units gifted to other civs may experience a one turn delay before upgrading is possible.
Crossbowmen upgraded to Sister Lvl 2 will not receive a unit name until the next turn
AI Railgun Civ probably doesn't use Sister/Misaka's paradrop ability, if the paradrop promotion is taken.

Minor and not fixed for compaitibility reasons:
The March and Logistics promotions appear in both the standard ranged promotion tree and the Sister/Misaka promotion tree. Both may be chosen, but are redundant.
Paradrops are only possible with the research of Radar, even if the promotion is chosen, but this is not explained anywhere in the tooltip; the promotion may be chosen even without radar.
Railgun civ civilopedia entry doesn't mention Sister Lvl 3 or 4, or Misaka Mikoto, and vice versa.

Intentional:
MIsaka units gifted to other civilizations no longer automatically upgrade with the research of ballistics and nuclear fusion. No notification is given when such gifted units are killed.
