Added ladders, fixed up other minor things

Removed the code for now that would make you murderer, you still get the sword though and it shouldn't count for RDM

Apparently some of the code was ruining the murder gametype, this should fix it

Fixed it to where it works on any server! The weapon it drops will turn you into a murderer!

Added an objective and a lava trap! - Once I get it all done right, once you complete the objective, a weapon will drop that will turn you into the Murderer! Currently, the Role switching only works on my server. I'm still trying to figure out how to make it work otherise.

Fixed portals, they were leading to the wrong exit/entries
