Update!

-added base: https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/workshop/filedetails/?id=2413685027;
-added a loader in the RP version;
-added smoke checkers;
-added a light shine to the tracks.

1. the commander can now get out of the hatch (Space + R);
2. with a minimum number of health, the tank discards the tracks;
3. the system of reloading the gun 2.0 has been updated;
4. Added the Smoke shell;
5. reverse travel was balanced (max speed R: 9 km / h);
6. improved tank damage system;
7. improved HE shell;
8. HUD has been fixed to work correctly on the server;
9. now tanks can sink;
10. the size of the shells has been reduced (corresponds to the gun);
11. added a working machine gun for the commander;
12. updated icons of tanks;
