* Reduced some user properties options' verbosity

- removed "Starfield Opacity" slider from the user properties
- removed "Asteroid" option from the user properties
- removed "Audio Bar Resolution" slider from the user properties
* fixed misplacement of lower screen textures
* fixed a bug occurring with the windshields tinted and audio playing that caused part of the screen to not respond correctly to light pulsing

* the horizontal bar under the "speed bars" now properly cycled through the color spectrum when "Rainbow Mode (Hud)" option is active
