Gave the Goomba kingdom a small buff that helps with their supply consumption
Fixed a check at the end of their focus trees to make sure they have all of Canada first before completing them
Also gave a national spirit to all canadian nations who go to war with Ontario to make their war less painful

Fixed a error that wouldn't allow the player to play as the canadian nations with focuses should they have choosen the longer way when the event fired and also did some spelling corrections
