buff RoR stats so that they're not dwarfed by normal units at gold experience tiers. Their stats may not always be higher but it's closer than before and often times the RoR have other things to offset the difference, whether or not it's worth it is debatable though.

It's a proper submod, now balanced for radious, and some things have been tweaked. The one legendary lord can now have 2 full lores of magic so her skill tree has been changed for that. Though I may change it again if I think it needs it. Also some techs now give lord or hero recruit rank, this may be changed later depending on what things look like in the late game for them. I haven't play tested them very much admittedly. I didn't change their garrisons though, so it still works the way it was in the original mod.
