Fixed minor issue in Rus localization.

Fix for some weapons not showing as skins.

Fix bug that made opening the skin selection menu make the weapon count as reskinned.

Fix crash on the loadout screen caused by disabling the REPLACE_RESKINNED_WEAPONS_LOADOUT_IMAGE setting.

The mod now uses new Highlander tech from v1.25.0 to override inventory icons for reskinned weapons. This is better for performance and fixes the bug with weapon icons breaking in tactical when tabbing between sodliers.

Also the mod will now properly replace weapon images for reskinned weapons even in tactical.

Compatibility fix for Smooth Scrolling mod.

Added a search box. No controller support (yet?).

Fixed localization encoding.

Fixed the weapon scale slider so it works in Tactical.
