Updated the GSO Upgraded PAPs for Shotguns to only be applicable to the "uc_powder" category of the Urban Decay weapon pack.

Updated the GSO versions of the Upgraded PAPs to have the Mult_ClipSize multiplier used by the Urban Decay weapons (specifically the Caliber Conversions for the Glock). All of them have the value of 2.0 for the time being but this is subject change depending on feedback and/or demand.
