Balance changes

Added Cursed Night

Cursed Night - She is now considered a monster and emits a negative sanity aura.

Cursed Night's negative sanity aura can be disabled by going near Kiara.

She also loses max hp each time she falls a sleep now.

Changes:

Nightmare Amulet now bypasses the sanity threshold, but not the health threshold.

Healing(Life Steal) and Collecting souls now only works when the Scythe is equipped.

Config allows disabling starting item (Scythe).
