added check for repentance to disallow items like glitched crown and flip while doing the challenge

fixed boss music continuing to play on beating krampus and clearing the room
(didn't notice this bug as I was using soundtrack menu and it does play the boss clear music as expected)

adjusted 'lump of coal' and 'head of krampus' spawn prevention to also ignore miniboss rooms, ambushes and angel rooms
(you can now get gifts from miniboss attacks, greed shop/secret room attacks and bombing angels)

no more peeking at your gifts early
(dont get 1 frame of the item showing before it turns into a gift)

added check so players get both polaroid and negative so they can take whichever route they want

fixed bug with mom doors sometimes not getting despawned like theyre supposed to and instead getting turned into extra krampi, one of which will just so happen to be on top of the player who just came in through a door, hitting them with unavoidable contact damage

fixed the check that prevented every krampus from spawning head of krampus or lump of coal from deleting those items after a regular krampus fight in a devil room

added schoobag to starting items for more gift storage
