Vaults are no longer craftable on the player. They are instead craftable at the fabricator(Vanilla, S+ and S+ Forks). Depending on how other mods do things, modded fabricators as well.
Added Genesis Part 2 custom tooltips to display items & quantities when dedicated mode is set to 2+ items.
The vault items now display config settings(number of slots, power reqs, etc).
