CHANGES:
Added new alternate color
Reverted Fspecial Changes, now operates like normal fireball but with stun
Replaced the sweetspot on Uair with a tipper
Repurposed Ftilt, now has a single hit instead of 2 hits, and has a tipper.

CHANGES:
Changed the fur color of the default skin. Causes slight changes to the color of other skins.
Added new alternate color.

Fspecial is now slightly faster.
Stun time adjusted on Dtilt.
Sound effects changed to match Clairen.
Nair now works properly.
Ustrong animation fixed.

Changed BAIR to have a sourspot.
Changed FAIR to have a tipper instead of having the original sweetspot.
Decreased the size of the sourspot on DAIR.

KNOWN ISSUES:

DSPECIAL still does not work as intended.
