- rebalanced backpack carrying capacity
- double the magazines for every unit so they don't run out of ammo as easily
- changed some values around so hopefully the ai will engage you from further distances
- added magazine wells for the weapons so now you can use legion studio, jlts, and 3as magazines with the weapon that are compatable with the weapon.

- fix b1 backpacks with recent legion changes
