lowered jamming stats
updated sound timings
added descriptions from in game (even if theyre rather lacking imo)
ammo type is now in its proper place instead of replacing SWEP.Type

added mipmaps

added true w_ models from the game (with LODs)
updated bullet VMTs and mats
its incorrect but its the best i could come up with.
w/o stacking them (thanks 20+ body groups with 30k tris)
