Potential fix for a skybox issue some people were having.

Change list:
*Christmas lights added to buildings in the main plaza

Added more Christmas lights to the bank's exterior, along with a few minor changes.

Redid the lighting inside the bank, and added Christmas lights to some areas.

Fixed an issue in the map where you couldn't take damage.

Changed fog color to better suit the theme of the map.

Added multiple spawn points, and fixed some issues with the snowfall.
