Quick fix for Bertran's starting room controls override w/ new StageAPI.

Fixes:
- S Rank Runs are now properly tallied, and will be automatically added based on your leaderboard if possible.
- Made Bertran's starting room controls compatible with an upcoming StageAPI update.

Features:
- Millionaire runs are now tallied and shown in the Stats screen. These will also be automatically added based on your leaderboard if possible.
- The full list of ranks is now saved in future leaderboard entries, and displayed in the tooltip if available.
- Made a small addition to the credits.

Balance Tweaks:
- Mom's Knife now deals a Flail's worth of style hits every half second.
- When Bertran's head is stuck in enemies, he can now fling to reclaim it.
- Fling now destroys fires, poops, cobwebs, and tnt, and applies status effects to the fling head.
- Fling now applies status effects and tear effects to enemies.
- Whirlwind tier 2 slightly nerfed.
- Updated the style calculation to reward fast, low damage, and complete runs.
- Style in the starting room before leaving, the boss room after clearing before leaving, and anytime before entering your first combat or special room does not count to style average for the floor.

Fixes:
- Maw of The Void now has a synergy line.
- Bertran no longer enjoys jumping out of trapdoors for a split second after jumping into them.
- Bertran no longer cancels out Ultra Greed's spin sound, even when you aren't playing him.
- Whirlwind no longer stacks with multiple heads.

Features:
- New autogenerated particle system for better compatibility with other mods.

Balance Tweaks:
- Brimstone slam circle now grows to full size over half a second, and does not scale to extreme sizes.

Fixes:
- Rerolling a certain item no longer disables style mode.
- Flight items are no longer more likely than other kinds of synergies to appear when Bertran is given a free cool item.
- Made crosshair brighter in general, and especially on Womb/Utero/Scarred Womb.

Features:
- Added a new sound that plays when Bertran is flying via spinning.
- Added a new crosshair sprite.
- Added a new menu option: Eden is Bertran.

Fixes:
- Prevented Wendy from appearing when playing as Bertran temporarily, to avoid a softlock. Team Rev is looking into it!

- Added a popup on your first run played with Bertran.

Balance Tweaks:
- Eve's Mascara no longer reduces range, and has significantly less grab delay.
- Polyphemus, Proptosis, and Eve's Mascara now all grant a 50% knockback increase.
- The Shot Speed stat is now 5 times more effective at changing the speed Bertran's heads fly at.
- Death's Touch slam tears are now locked to a specific scale.
- Brimstone no longer increases fire delay. (is no longer a tears down)
- Mom's Knife deals significantly less damage, and enemies that Bertran's head is stuck to drag Bertran along with them.

Fixes:
- Sister Maggy is now excluded alongside all other shooting familiars if you play with unsuitable items turned off.
- Lasers no longer hurt Bertran during the fling attack.
- Extra Head items now count as custom Bertran synergies, because they are.
- Mysterious Liquid now has a synergy line on pickup.
- Fixed some small issues with text not glowing when it's meant to in the menu & Stats screen.

- Added a new music track that is played on a certain special screen.
- Added a secret method to access a certain special screen multiple times.

Quick fix for Bertran's pips; were only filling when two enemies were killed with a slam or one with tears.

Balance Tweaks:
- Chocolate Milk, Inner Eye, Mutant Spider no longer change the tears stat
- Soy Milk no longer doubles damage to slam or spin, and now more than doubles damage by flail or fling
- Easy Spin Start comes out 3x faster

Fixes:
- Hanged Man card now allows Bertran to fly
- Boss Rush no longer awards a ridiculous number of boss kills
- Added a True Co-op ghost portrait and ghost name (thanks Sbody2!)
- Slam kills from tears now count toward your Stats
- Spring effects from Revelations now (mostly) work

Features:
- Bertran can now be controlled with a mouse!
