Fixed riding issue with 1/2 size pill.

Bigfoot and Griffin will temporarily be disabled from riding when using 1/2 size pill until I find a fix for some issues they are having. They can sill be scaled for now, just not ridden.

General bug fixes.

Fixed:
1/2 pill works with small player carryable dinos (dodo, otter, dimorphodon ect.)
Rider position of aberrant and X-variants of dinos, and position of modded dinos.

Fixed: Not being able to craft 1/2 pill.

Added:
A 1/2 size pill. (Does not yet work for small player carryable dinos like dodo, otter, dimorphodon ect.)

Fixed:
All titans can now be scaled.
Tropeognathus, Tapejara, Dimorphodon, and Hesperornis can now be scaled.

Fixed: Dinos not being able to mount after scaling. This includes all modded dinos.
