Added option for jackets only while drafted.
Added hat style filter on ctrl + J to filter hats from being hidden.
Done a fix for har races with features like ears that don't render when wearing a full face hat/helmet.
Changed hat scaling to work with har.
Fixed hats not being hidden on sleeping pawns after load.
Fixed the equip speed toggle not switching off the feature properly.
Fixed a hat hiding bug on drafted pawns.
