- Fixed Wrastor's assist

- Added a cooldown bar to tell you when your assist will be ready

- Added dash attack as a default assist for "incompatible" characters

- assistCool (lets you control how long it takes for the assist to recharge)
- assistVelX and assistVelY (applies momentum when the assist is called)

- The assist will turn around before attacking if its assist is set to back air

- Modified assists for the base cast to improve the less interesting ones

- Taunts can be used by pressing the button while attack and special are held

- Fixed player 2 being able to call assists in hitstun
