Added alts.

And new feature: Attack Sounds, which play at the start of certain attacks. Currently only in the new engineer gaming alt for Ralsei with gun

Also, I've added new Keys to the Implemented Alts list to better display alts with extra visual features.

v1.42

vman_skinkit_steve_name variable is now automatically added when you export an alt as Steve.
