new custom ws alts update oh boy

Changed how exported alts work. Now they have arbitrary arg count (what this means: SetColAll can now hold more and less colors, instead of only exactly 8). This helps a lot with the GML code limit
This also affects exporting for colors.gml, you won't need the new version of the colors funcs now but you will later on, so best to get it now
