-Updated all the US Army uniforms with all new textures and ranks
-Added required mod NATO_Editor_Icons to all uniform mods
-Updated all editor icon paths with the new one

This is a huge update.
-Update all the uniform core code to make it easier for me to add, remove, and edit
-Removed code that didnt have to be in certain files
-Updated some rank insignias
-Updated the mod logo
-Added updated logo to in-game UI
-Updated mod version to V1.5
-Fixed some bugged uniforms

Military dress uniforms will come update V.2.0
