* Added new dummies:

- Salute;
- Typing;
- Typing Offset (has no collision, can't be welded/ground);
- Wrist PDA Offset (has no collision, can't be welded/ground);
- Lying in bed (requires Decorative Pack 1);
- Sitting in bed (requires Decorative Pack 1).

* You can now download the mod even if you don't own the required DLC. In this case, the blocks that use DLC components won't be available to you.

* Added LODs and build states for all dummies, except for those with DLC components.

* Adjusted highlight empties for Standing Dummies. It should be easier to interact with them.
