- New population mechanic. You can now invite Hungarians who live outside the country to move to their homecountry. Other countries have state modifiers, reducing their recruitable population in states with hungarian minorities.
- Reworked the Red terror mechanics.
- Added focuses for a non-aligned soviet path (still more coming)
