Gameplay Content:
- Added Tooltips for the Events in the event chain of the Habsburg path. The player will now know more about which path leads to what.
- Reworked the Army Tree.
- Compatibility for the the new DLC "Arms Against Tyranny"

Bug Fixes:
- Fixed bug where decisions are displayed at the top left even though they are not available.
- Fixed event tied to Focus "Seek Reunion with Croatia"
- "Rescue Béla Kun" focus will now correctly promote Kun to the country leader, if DLC "La Resistance" is not enabled.
