trying to get pickups to work

very minor update that adds some mino matirial changes

fixxed hand cannon

another attempt to fix bottles and added another new gun!

fixxed lack of music, still wont play though

possibly fixxed music and pickup items (and maybe special rounds but probably not)

idk if music will wrok again for a while
