Constant messages is not infinite anymore.
Added "constant limit" property for holochat modules.
You can configure from the config.

Some fixes and updates

* Fixed: Command conflicts (for example when you use a command like /dolap it triggers /do)
* Adjustments: Changed animation durations and box radius.
