Fixed an animation timing issue for the Dark Carnival escape chopper, where the helicopter would arrive, disappear for a split secodn and come back. This was more noticable on high FPS
(Valve made the anim 16.8 seconds long, but made a relay t oswap anim at 17 seconds, causing a 0.2 second gap)

modified the following auxillary helicopters to have translucent glass:
"c2m5_helicopter_extraction/c2m5_helicopter_small.mdl"
"hybridPhysx/news_helicoptor_map1_intro_V1.mdl"
"hybridPhysx/news_helicoptor_subway_anim.mdl"

Changed the "Flightpath" helicopter seen only on c8m3_sewer to look like the news chopper.

Unified location of pilot, so that every single helicopter has the pilot in the same spot.

swapped reat seats
fixed hover anim to look smoother
made rotors turn way faster.

Updated models to use skins as per update.
Figured out why Suicide Blitz model was broken (they badly hexed their model)
Fixed "Bunny" helicopter
Made inside of glass its own mesh for better cubemap computing

Fixed pilot misplacement that occured in online games.

Reason: Attachment order was changed.
I was not aware this was possible. but i should have known because $sequences also mess up when the order is changed on model replacements

Modified attachment location for the pilot, so that the pilot will actually hold the steering stick.
