Building modifications
- big slopped wall are now 1 width x3 height (previously 3x3)
- reducing the height of the lava block, so that the height is a little lower than the height of a foundation.

Textures modifications
- add movement effects to the lava texture
- change the bronze tint of decors items and metal fence to be near the tint on GlassStorm patterns.

Experimental (need some adjustments)
- added new item called Fire & Smoke to add smoke effect (allows to make the lava block smoking)
- added a "lava flow", a large column of dropping lava
