Changed the Invisible Hand's +crime from +10 per level to +5 per level. Reason: crime is a lot more serious then it used to be, so +10 is a bit much.

Buffed the Stratified Society tree. In 2.8, it was extremely powerful for slavers, while having major drawbacks. But in 3.0, worker/slave bonuses no longer apply to indentured servants in specialist jobs; instead they get specialist output modifiers. Furthermore, the 3.0 economy is "diamond shaped'; there are far more specialists then workers. This made the tree pretty much all downsides (the job output boosts don't apply to the vast majority of jobs even in a slave-heavy empire), so I:
1) Removed the specialist output malus
2) Increased the malus to specialist political power
3) Increased the buffs to ruler political power
