-reupload because the workshop uploader grabbed the wrong version of the VPK. slide and mag movement should work now

-re-added slide and mag movement (to world models, view models are fine) (previously unsupported, see screenshot)
-slides move during reload and while firing, mag comes out of single pistol during reload. mags do not come out of dual pistols, however this is vanilla functionality. should it ever be supported, the necessary work is already done.
