ok where to begin?

I added google (cringe but whatever gets the job done) localization for the following languages
- Spanish
- German
- Portuguese
- Polish
- Russian
- French
- simplified Chinese available through separate mod.

* - read - no more DFGHTRS_blah_blah in component names if you are not using english. (yay)

Most damage de-buffs have been removed in favor of duplicating the games weapon systems and editing them to scale down the damage.

weapon cool-downs on DSC point defense weapons are drastically reduced to help keep them available to fire since they are now forward firing only.

Any thing that is from DSC will have a purple Unique tag in its tool tip.
I haven't edited weapon costs yet because ... er well weapon costs don't mean anything for this mod... yet.

Weapon arcs -
- right now weapons on Heavy Fighters, Heavy Bombers, and Torpedo Bombers have forward firing only weapon arcs. this was done so that fighters kind of have a point to circling near their targets. they only shoot their weapons when they are generally starting to point at their target.

New bomber section - Gunship
- this new section is the only DSC section that can use 360 degree turrets.
- Gunships need autocannons 2 researched to be available.

Torpedo Bomber tech requirements redone. you just need torpedos 1 to get the Torpedo Bomber section now.

Flak Visibility - if its a DSC and it shoots with flak you will able to see it much better now.

I think that covers the changes for this update.

minor patch for 3.0.2 compatibility. no changes to the mod.

- updated for Stellaris version 3.0.1 (Nemesis release) compatibility
- fixed juggernauts not being designed by NPC empires
- all other changes are minor fixes to bring all files in line with the latest Stellaris release.

- figured out what i was doing wrong with starbases. updated with new starbase strike hangar modules. changed the event script to look for starbase strike modules instead of missile batteries. updated the tech chart accordingly.
