script has evolved!

- designed strike craft now return to their host / any allied carry and despawn only when not in combat.
- spawning now works closer to the vanilla method. the initial wave is spawned and then reinforcements join the fray every 10 days.

3.0.3 compatibility
- static vars updates to prepare for build-able variants.

- Increased heavy strike craft PD weapon cooldown rates. This seemed to be causing visual stuttering during light engagements.

- Reduced heavy strike craft PD min/max damage values. This was a balance change as the PD turrets were wayyyyyy over powered compared to the damage that a vanilla strike craft could do.

added text describing DSC strike craft firing arcs for weapons that use firing arcs.

Strike craft PD turrets have extremely high damage over time ratings and this is because the DSC PD turrets have very low re-fire rates. DSC strike craft have a decent amount of turrets that are fixed to a forward firing arc of 10 (degrees?). so those PD turrets have low re-fire so they are ready to fire more often when facing a target.

This makes the bomber sections a tad more more apparent when you are talking advantages during combat. bombers sections have some normal turrets that are not fixed forward. The draw-back being lower evasion.

Missile turrets on DSC strike craft are also fixed-forward at 10 degrees.

The localisation changes should help better identify these fixed turrets.

all weapons that can be used on Heavy Strike Craft from DSC are now tag properly as strike craft weapons.

Now, all vanilla and mod research, policies, whatever that affect strike craft damage now also affect the DSC strike craft.

all DSC strike craft have had their locators moved to their 3d models. all DSC strike craft now have engine particles to help see them in system. combined components have been removed in favor of the vanilla components system. UI changes to accommodate the extra icons needed for DSC.
