Fixed Harpoon minigame not always working properly;
Added new ConVar 'ttt2_minigames_harpoon_strip_avoid' for Harpoon which limits weapon stripping, letting roles keep their role equipment;
Fixed Grave minigame infected's from preminigame getting to rez again.
