Added intro music to each level
Added intro camera sequence
Removed some items from the beginning of map 2
Opened up route for horde on map 1 when they were getting stuck behind secret door
Fixed gargoyle glowing after use in maps 1 and 2
Witches are now wandering in map 2 - just for fun

Got the Onslaught wroking in the finale of map 2... added some sharps and adrenalin to make it less troublesome....
