-Updated Auto Terminal Guidance Altitude logic, and numerous minor improvements to flight path logic.

-Cleaned up the adjustment options with easier to use drop down modes/options
-Added new manual terminal guidance impact options to hotfix the issue with the missile's auto-impact altitude system going under the target and missing. Should that happen, for now use the manual settings.

Feature Add: Radar FoV reduces as missile approaches target for increased signal resolution / ignore other nearby targets.
